Introduction

Omada was founded by Chris Brennan to support mission critical and sporting teams.


Chris is a former team leader, senior instructor and advisor within Australia’s Special Air Service Regiment. His experiences broadly include; building, mentoring and training emerging leaders and elite teams, leading teams in ambiguous environments, advising government on complex security challenges.


Chris holds a Master of Business from UNSW Business School and is currently completing his Master of Science in Human Performance Optimisation. He combines his experiences with academic rigour and maintains a passion for leadership, team dynamics and adult learning.


Omada consultants bring extensive experience across military special operations, tactical policing, fire and rescue, and resource sector emergency response. 


Our work combines operational experience with academic research in human performance, coaching psychology, and education. We strengthen team dynamics, develop adaptable leaders, and build a cultures that drive growth and innovation.

Dynamic Decision Making

Who it’s for: All critical response professionals required to make decisions that impact lives or property. Also suited for sporting leaders who must read, adapt and inform in real time. 

This is an expanded, stand alone offering in addition to the DDM modules that are incorporated into each package.

End State: Attendees gain an understanding of the human responses to stress, how they impact high consequence decision making, and how to apply principles based decision making solutions.
