Chris brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished career as a tactical and strategic advisor, high-risk activity trainer, and team leader within Australia’s elite military special operations unit. His diverse skill set has been honed through advising various levels of government on complex strategic challenges, training and mentoring specialist team commanders, and leading high-performance teams in demanding and cross-cultural environments.

Chris has witnessed both exceptional leadership and team culture, as well as the detrimental impact of ineffective tactical and strategic leadership. These experiences have been instrumental in shaping his leadership philosophy and instructional approach.

Chris has played a key role in reviewing and shaping strategic foreign policies that align with and support Australia’s national interests. His expertise extends beyond tactical operations, with a strong focus on strategic problem-solving and leadership in high-pressure situations.

This extensive background in military special operations is complemented by academic achievements, including a Master of Business from the UNSW Business School. Chris’ passion for high-performance team development, tactical leadership, and adult learning led him to establish Omada Performance Concepts (OPC).
